Uist News, Friday 28th November A very wet and windy start to the day here on North Uist today. We had gusts of up to 75 mph during the night, and it was still very windy this morning. Our power went off for a short while after 11pm last night, but thankfully the engineers managed to get the fault repaired within a short space of time.
