PEAT SMOKE ROASTED SALMON AND HORSERADISH

Hebridean Peat Smoke Roasted Salmon is  wonderfully rich and boldly flavoured. This hot-smoked salmon is carefully made to retain the natural succulence of the prime fillets used and has a creamy richness. We reccommend pairing it with a little horseradish sauce which can be blended with Greek yogurt or creme fraiche for a milder sauce. We have selected the excellent Tracklements Hot Horseradish Sauce for this classic combination.
