Bradan is Gruth is gaelic for salmon and crowdie and is a combination of fresh soft Highland cheese and our Hebridean Peat Smoked Salmon. The crowdie is made for us by Connage Highland Dairy on their organic farm just outside Inverness and this special cheese was voted  Best Scottish Cheese at the British Cheese Awards.

The marriage of this award winning fresh cheese with the aromatic peatiness of Hebridean Peat Smoked Salmon is totally delicious and the perfect partner to freshly toasted oatcakes, warm buttered toast or inside a hot baked potato.
