Still privately owned and one of the oldest distilleries of single malt whisky. The Glenfiddich 15 year old is a beautiful example of fine Speyside malt whisky. After being matured in the finest Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks for at least 15 years, it acquires a fine harmony, complexity and depth.

Dalwhinnie Distillery is the highest distillery in Scotland and sits atop wind sweep pastures and heather moorland near one of the furthest flung burns that feed the River Spey. With a reputation for producting lightly coloured and delicate tasting malts this 15 year old is no exception. The whisky is smooth-tasting with hints of vanilla and a heather-honey sweetness and a light smoky glow.

GLENGOYNE 10 year old Malt Whisky and Whisky Barrel Oak Smoked Salmon

Glengoyne is matured in oak casks that previously held sherry. This is a very traditional approach and the light colour of the whisky comes from this old wood impregnated with sherry. The result is a slightly sweet and malty whisky that has never seen any peat when the barley is air dried before fermentation.
