Hebridean smoked salmon, smoked mackerel and smoked scallops are absolutely delicious just as they are and always ready to eat with no further preparation needed. But sometimes you might want it to go a little further or are looking to pair them with other ingredients that will add to the pleasure.

Below are some of our own suggestions that are simple to put together or need a little more effort to create. We have tried to avoid ingredients that may be difficult to source or tricky to handle and hope you enjoy experimenting with our ideas. Most important of all they are delicious !
